For replacement of the gold connectors you need to have basic tools.Also you need some skill in handling delicate parts and basic understanding of the tools.
For replacement of the dampening material you need some kind of spray glue that you coat one side of the material.Keep in mind that the pattern on the material is non reversible so you need to double check which side to coat a on the original.I recommend 3M 90 Scotch-Weld™
For replacement of the flexible pcb you need to pry the original out of the housing with plastic scraper or fingers out of the cup.Be careful not to damage the plastic housing around the pcb gold pins.
After removing the old pcb peel the tape from the bottom of the new pcb and insert it in place as the original and lightly press in.
Tools needed:
wrench for 4mm diameter nut.
